The Board of Directors President shall call monthly meetings, or as many as he/she sees fit, throughout the year as well as during the season. Meeting dates and agendas will be posted on the PYBA Facebook page
These meetings are open to the public.
There must be at least one Annual Meeting for the purpose of election of Officers and or Directors. Election to take place over the course of the first two meetings, following the end of each season.
